David Norris is a Ross and Shoalmire attorney based in the firm’s Texarkana office. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, David brings a unique perspective to Estate Planning. He previously worked as a Financial Advisor focusing on investments and retirement planning. His background allows him to help clients develop tailored legal strategies that align with their long-term financial goals.
David enjoys the intellectual challenge of practicing law, particularly the process of crafting individualized solutions for each client. He understands that no two cases are alike and takes pride in finding creative approaches to meet his client’s needs.
Originally from Northwest Arkansas, David recently relocated to Texarkana. He was actively involved in his church and spent three years volunteering in a Celebrate Recovery Program. He enjoys mountain biking, hunting, watching, and book collecting in his free time.
In addition to his legal and financial expertise, David is also a published author. He has written a guided study journal designed for individuals on the autism spectrum, demonstrating his commitment to helping others in various aspects of life.
